Beginning his career in 1979, he tackled the challenge of executing infrastructure projects in the rugged terrain of Gilgit-Baltistan, significantly contributing to the region’s development and laying the foundation for sustainable growth.
As a pioneer in hydro power construction in Gilgit-Baltistan, he transformed the region’s energy landscape with innovative renewable solutions. After formalizing AAJSONS in 2010, he transitioned to the role of Director, steering the company to national prominence through impactful projects like Indus River bridges, regional road networks, and institutional facilities. Rooted in sustainable development and community empowerment, Ali Ahmad Jan’s relentless pursuit of excellence continues to guide AAJSONS, inspiring a legacy of innovation and leadership in Pakistan’s construction landscape.

With an MBA from Azad Jammu and Kashmir and a wealth of experience in the development sector, he brought a strategic perspective that helped AAJSONS expand its footprint to the national landscape.
As Director, Yousuf has led several high-impact projects, including the construction of Noori Cancer Hospital, the refurbishment of the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, the Speaker’s National Assembly House, and critical facilities for the Atomic Energy Commission in Taxila. His exceptional leadership in managing these key initiatives has cemented AAJSONS’ reputation for quality and reliability on a national scale.

M. Adeel Raza Shigri, the dynamic CEO of AAJSONS (Pvt.) Ltd., has been the driving force behind the company’s growth and modernization since joining in 2010. With a Bachelor’s in Engineering and an MS in Construction Project Management from the prestigious University of Manchester, he brought a forward-thinking vision that redefined AAJSONS as a leader in Pakistan’s construction industry.
Under his leadership, the company has achieved remarkable milestones, including over 50 hydro power projects, major bridges spanning the Indus River, and iconic infrastructure such as the 250-bed Skardu Hospital, University of Baltistan, and luxury resorts like PC Hotel Attabad and Diran Resort. His expertise has also extended to groundbreaking renewable energy solutions, such as a 1 MW solar plant in Hunza, and major academic institutions like the University of Rawalakot and Bagh Women University.
Adeel’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence has elevated AAJSONS’ profile nationally and globally, ensuring the delivery of impactful projects across challenging terrains. Beyond his professional achievements, he is an active social contributor as a member of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal and chambers of commerce in Gilgit and Rawalpindi.
